one ½ cups sugar
eight oz. Cream cheese
½ cup butter
one tsp vanilla
two eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
one/4 tsp salt

Cinnamon Mixture:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

four green apples (peeled)

Mix sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs and combine. Include flour, baking powder and salt. Beat. Merge one/four cup sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Merge two tablespoons of cinnamon combination with apples, tossing to mix. Stir apple combination into batter. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour batter into pan, top rated with remaining cinnamon combination. Cook in 350 diploma oven for about 50-55 minutes.
